Event Package

Upgrade and Help people navigate your event with our Event Package

$400/Event or contact us for a-la carte or custom pricing

Selected event services are included free with our association a la carte and package deals.

Upgrade to add up to ten locations on the map as part of this package. Additional venues within the event are just $10 each. Additional sponsors are just $25/business.

  • Event boundary: For example, a four block long street fair could have that area mapped as an events area, click on the area to get details of the event.

  • Event routes: This can include parade routes, race routes, or shuttle routes.

  • Event venues: For events that have multiple locations. Each of those locations can be highlighted with a link to the event, and people can filter to show all of the venues associated with the event.

  • Locations within the event: You can add in stages (with a link to the schedule for that location), ticket booths, bathrooms, food courts, shuttle stops or any other point that would help people navigate the event. Each point will have an appropriate icon and can be “clickable” with a pop-up that has additional information and links.

  • Sponsors: Add sponsors to the food and festivals map at a standard level (included in all filters with full size icon) and to the Summer Recreation Map and App at a basic level (smaller icon, not included in filters) and help people show their support for the organizations that support you.

  • Get a print map of the event area, venues or route that you can hand out.

  • Add the map to your web page with venues highlighted to help people explore the map. They can open it full size or use the App to plot their location and navigate the event.
